Are listings for sale, rent, or both?
Most of our properties are available for either — you'll see both the sale price and monthly rent on each listing. If only one option is active, it will be clearly indicated.
How do I schedule a viewing?
Open any property page and submit the enquiry form. Our concierge team responds within one business day to arrange an on-site or virtual viewing at your preferred time.
Do you charge buyer or tenant fees?
No platform fees for buyers or tenants. Standard brokerage commission applies only on successful transactions, fully disclosed upfront.

What does the listed price include?
Submit an enquiry on any service page with your project details. A specialist will reach out within 24 hours to discuss scope, timeline, and a tailored quote — no payment is taken until you approve the proposal.
How do I schedule a viewing?
The starting price covers an initial consultation and baseline deliverables. Final pricing depends on project scope and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before a scheduled session by contacting our support team.
Marketplace
Are marketplace items new or used?
Both. Every listing shows a condition tag — New, Like New, Good, or Fair — with photos and a description so you know exactly what to expect.
How do I buy an item?
Open the product page and click "Contact Seller". Provide your details and preferred pickup/delivery option; the seller will respond directly to coordinate payment and handoff.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is arranged directly between buyer and seller. Many sellers can deliver within their local area — just ask in your enquiry.

Do I need an account to browse?
No account required for browsing. You can submit enquiries by providing your contact details on any listing page.
